Cashbell

Terms of Service

Draft for review. Last updated 2026-10-11

1. Who we are

Cashbell ("we", "us") is a service operated by Vessellink Pte. Ltd., 77 Ayer Rajah Crescent, #02-28, Singapore 139954, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202553017R). Contact: support@cashbell.app.

2. What Cashbell does

Cashbell reads public pages of a website you name, checks them against documented search engine and AI assistant guidance, and shows goals, steps and suggested fixes. Our crawler is described at /bot.

Cashbell gives information and suggestions. Search engines and AI services decide on their own what they show, so we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations or sales.

3. Your use

You may check any public website. You must not use Cashbell to overload, attack or gain unauthorised access to a site, to get around our limits by automation, or to break the law.

You are responsible for the changes you make to your site. Check suggested code before publishing it.

4. Paid plans and our merchant of record

Payments are processed by Stripe. Orders are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which is the merchant of record for all our orders: it collects sales tax, VAT or GST where due, sends receipts and handles payment questions and disputes. We handle questions about the product.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy (/refund) and Link's terms for purchases sold through Link. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Cashbell available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or stop features; if we stop a paid plan you have paid for, we refund the unused part.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending

You can stop using Cashbell at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
