Our promise

If Cashbell does not work for you, ask within 30 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

One refund per website: if you buy again for the same website after a refund, the next refund may be declined.

Subscriptions

When a subscription payment is refunded, the subscription is cancelled. Earlier payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.

How to ask

Sign in on the Account page (/account) with the email you paid with and press the refund button: it is processed immediately. You can also write to support@cashbell.app. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; Link support (support.link.com) can also help with payments sold through Link.

Your legal rights

Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from the first purchase. If your local law gives you more rights, those rights apply.
